About Made By Coy

Here you'll find unique pieces handmade by me for you. I source every bead & charm myself, using semi-precious stones, pearls, vintage, & pre-loved to create one of a kind pieces that are made with care. I hope you enjoy wearing them as much as I love making them.

Care

Made By Coy uses vintage & preloved beads & charms, these are delicate materials so please handle with care. It's best to avoid contact with water, chlorine, suncream, perfume etc. to maintain the shine & quality of the beads & charms. Silver can fade & tarnish with time but can be polished gently with a soft polishing cloth. Beads can be cleaned with a damp soft cloth. Please store your jewellery flat & away from direct sunlight.

Shipping & Returns

All items are handmade by me. Please allow 5 working days for dispatch.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

UK: 2-3 working Days,

International (Outside of EU): 5-10 working days. Please be aware that these are estimates. All custom payments are the responsibility of the customer when required.

Sadly due to new legislation I am unable to ship within the EU. I will be keeping a close eye on the situation in the hope that I can resume EU shipping in the near future.

Sustainability

I source the majority of my materials from antique & vintage markets. This allows me to use preloved beads & charms & repurpose wherever possible. My packaging is recyclable or reusable & sourced with sustainability in mind.
